SHIPPING
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We make every effort to ship your order within twenty-four (24) hours of when the order is placed. Orders received after 2:30pm go out the next business day. Orders received on weekends or holidays will go out the next business day. If you have an urgent or time sensitive order please call us at 413-592-0404.

| Sno-Safe Snow Guards | Returns of unused Sno-Safe™ brand items in new condition will be accepted within thirty (30) days of purchase for STORE CREDIT ONLY. The store credit can only be used for Sno-Safe™ brand items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. SnowGrip, Surebond SB-190, and custom color matched powder coated snow guards cannot be returned. |
| S5! | Right of return up to 30 days with a 25% restocking fee. All parts must be in their original unused condition and packaging. Purchaser to pay shipping costs. |
| Levi's Snow Defender | Returned products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be approved and in resale condition. Non-stock items are not refundable. Buyer is liable for the return shipping costs. |

| Sno-Safe Snow Guards | We warranty the workmanship of our snow guards, and that they will be received free from defects. Any defective snow guards should be returned, and they will be replaced at no cost.
The quality of installation and adherence to the snow guard layout will affect product performance. Warranties regarding the integrity of the installation of Sno-Safe snow guards must be the responsibility of the parties performing the installation. No warranties are offered for the adhesive. The ability of the roof to hold snow loads is the responsibility of the structural designer and builder in compliance with local codes. |
