Sno-Safe Snow Guards combines the talents and experience of Robert Casey and Tom Fournier, who have worked in the industry for over two decades.

Rob Casey has been involved in the plastic injection molding business since 1990. The capacities in which he has developed expertise span across production operations, quality control, product design and development, and owner of his own injection molding facility. Rob is also an avid dog enthusiast and trainer. He is pictured above with his registered therapy dog, Aspen, an Australian Shepherd who performs visits to nursing homes and reading therapy with children. Rob received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Charter Oak State College in Connecticut.

Since 1993 Tom Fournier has worked in the snow guard industry helping customers throughout the US and Canada find solutions to their snow retention needs. In his role, Tom works with architects, contractors, roofing product distributors, business owners, and home owners. Years of snow guard experience have given him insight into the needs of his customers and the snow retention methods that work best. Tom is life long resident of Chicopee, MA, and received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Massachusetts.
